Pros

My time here has been much better than I hoped when I accepted the position. (My low expectations were largely due to faults with prior employers). Solid management, very organized structure and work seems to be rewarded appropriately.

Cons

There aren't really any big cons that stand out, but I feel like there are some things around the office they could be doing better to keep morale high.

Pros

I worked with some great people while at KVK, but the general work environment is extremely toxic due to management, specifically the "advisor/owner". There is little respect for work/life balance. I learned a lot while I was there, but I would never advise anybody I know to ever take a position there.

Cons

Overworked, underpaid, no work/life balance. They basically blackmail H1 work visa Indian people to work 12+ hour days, including mandatory (unpaid) Saturdays. There is a strict no cell phone, personal conversation, or music policy. All of which are perfectly allowed at larger companies. Why they hang on to these unnecessary policies is beyond me. A simple "Hello" has been enough to upset the owner and cause him to lash out.

Pros

They provide employment without knowing about persons Qualification

Cons

They give benefits as per law,like vacation and sick leave.They ask you to sign contract which is like within 300 miles you cant work for 2 years in pharma company. If you are H1 they have to pay back $25000 to company if they want leave. As per advisor every thing is fine why you need contract to sign why u not keep employment at will. How many employees face lawsuit by company in last 12 years?

Additionally, KVK Tech pays market salaries plus bonus. We do follow the Pennsylvania employment at will law. In situations in which the company invests significant upfront onboarding cost we do asks our employees for a commitment to the company similar to industry wide tuition reimbursement policies.
