Everyone at KVK is an absolute joy to work with - if I am lucky enough, I will be here indefinitely. The staff cares about doing quality work management isn't overbearing either. Great jobs for people across a wide span of industries.

My favorite part about my KVK is the people I get to work with. My managers are amazing and supportive and my co-workers are absolutely brilliant. It's really easy to feel like our team is making an impact on both the company and the industry as a whole. Love it.

Competitive Pay structure is less than 30% below market rate for this Industry.

Cons

Open Lawsuits against the company from many different angles. All of the information about this is on Google. The company has a very bad reputation among current and former employees. There is a constant rush to get things out into the market. Turnover rate is extremely high. We do not have an attractive pay rate for the positions, and this is why the positions are almost always available within the company website.
