• Clear career path in the science field • Quality control experience • High hourly rate • Clean facilities • Complete and modern sets of equipment • Nice supervisor and colleagues

Would be nice if I could get assigned to the other departments (like R&D) so I can have a more rounded experience.

K V K Tech's leadership is filled with horrible people who manipulate the employees. They will manipulate and lie to you because all they care about is reaching the company's targets and hitting its goals. But when it comes to your well-being and work-life balance, the leadership simply does not care.

It's an opportunity for those desperate to get their foot in the door.

Cons

This was the hardest I've ever worked and the salary did not match up. Not even the market rate nor is it keeping up with the cost of living standards. The company is aware of this and isn't making changes so don't hold your breath. There is no vision or direction. Micromanaging is absolutely crazy. No time to breath or talk to your coworkers. Just head down working busy as can be. DO NOT WORK HERE.
