Brutal work environment, the worst I ever experienced

If you're on the brink of homelessness and cannot find a job literally anywhere else, I guess you can work here.

Cons

Literally everything else. I've never seen a company penny pinch more than KVK Teach. Incredibly stingy with giving out hours, which means you're constantly understaffed, which means you're overworked, and the pay is absolute garbage. If you love your profession, please find another job. This place is a nightmare.

You get the opportunity to work with talented and intelligent people, so you can try to grow as well.

Cons

Research assistants are treated horribly by the superiors, and it's far from being a secret. most people already know the existence of this awful culture, but nothing is being done about it. Us research assistants are awfully underpaid but given unreasonable amounts of workload most of the time. I just wish that our supervisors would be fairer in providing compensations and assigning tasks.
