The salary is okay, but it's just a bit above the industry average.

Cons

K V K Tech has a terrible and exhausting work environment. In this company, employees are treated like robots whose only role is to work for the company and get paid. The leadership doesn't treat us with dignity and respect. We are bossed around by our supervisors, and we aren't given enough breaks from our exhausting workloads.

The pay’s decent, and the benefits are great – 401(k) with a match, health/dental/vision insurance, plus they help with tuition. You even get bonus pay, which is a nice extra. You can keep growing if you want to. It can get busy, especially when things go wrong, but it would be boring otherwise.

Cons

You need to enjoy fixing machines and dealing with electrical stuff. If that's your thing, everything else will fall into place.

It’s a safe and positive workplace where quality and compliance are top priorities. My colleagues are helpful and supportive. Management is effective and provides great opportunities for learning and professional growth. There are excellent benefits, bonuses, and company-sponsored events.

Cons

Some growing pains due to the company's rapid expansion, but these issues are generally addressed and fixed.
