Pros

- Just finished my one-year anniversary at KIND, couldn't be happier here and hope for many years to come - Challenging, thought-provoking, lots of responsibility, fast-paced, trusted and incredible leadership - Truly a place that blends together business with purpose

Cons

- This is the 4th company where I have worked, and KIND blows away all of them. I honestly do not have any complains/cons for KIND. Very fortunate to work here.

We expect all our team members to promote and inspire kindness every day internally and externally. We’re disappointed to hear that you experienced otherwise. We hope that you gave detailed feedback to your manager or department head during your time with us, and if not, the door is always open. – KIND HR

Pros

1. Opportunities for different roles, especially early career employees 2. Youthful energy in HQ 3. Free case of product each month for full-time employees 4. Generous stock option program for pre-2015 hires

Cons

1. Loss of start-up culture - bureaucracy of a bigger company due to some newer C-level management while loss of nimbleness that made this a great place to work 2. Founders syndrome - CEO (Daniel) has done an incredible job taking the company to where it is but is now too involved in decision making, frustrating experienced staff which may explain several recent senior level resignations 3. Very uneven levels of management competence 4. Morale/ retention levels
