We are very disappointed to hear your perspective. We focus on creating a work environment with motivating and challenging work, personal and professional growth, and an open door policy for all team members to share feedback and suggest improvements. Kindness is a responsibility that, regardless of level, we all agree to take on as team members. We hope you raise your concerns with your manager, department leader, HR or Daniel, as all of these doors are always open. – KIND HR

We’re disappointed to hear that this has been your experience. Our leaders make it a priority to stay in tune with the team through ongoing feedback, team touch bases, 1 on 1s, and our open-door policy. Developing self and others is one of our key values and we work together to develop our team members and champion promoting from within. We hope you share more detailed feedback with your manager or department head. – KIND HR

Pros

Prior to KIND, I worked 22 years at another well known consumer packaged goods company. I never imagined I would ever work for another company that had such transparency and teamwork. I was wrong. KIND had all of these same great attributes and more. The KIND culture was greatly influenced by Daniel Lubetzky, the CEO. My 8+ years at KIND were the most enjoyable working environment I experienced in my 40+ years of work. In my career, I worked for many well-known companies. Each of these companies also had well-known CEO’s. However, none of these companies come close to the company culture of KIND that Daniel Lubetzky created and the generosity, transparency and kindness of the CEO at KIND. KIND is a great place to learn how a company truly functions successfully. Your exposure to all levels of management, functions and business issues is endless. In my 8+ years at KIND, I was exposed to more business related matters than my prior 32 years at all the other companies.

Cons

The only downside for me was my commute which was 2+ hours each way. However, it was well worth it to be a member of the KIND family.
