      Pros

      I have never worked with such a close, friendly group of individuals. Instruction is rigorous and we turn our students into scholars and leaders. Our current School Leader is the best manager/principal I have ever had (I previously worked in the private sector before I became a teacher). We are well on our way to becoming the best school in Kansas City.

      Cons

      Our students come from a variety of backgrounds, so it takes effort to get everyone on the same page. With hard work, we succeed.
