      Management and team focus are a core belief.

      Career advancement doesn't seem to be available for my position however, when a promotion happens then opportunities may be present.

      The KIPP Foundation is a terrific place to work for mission driven people who want to make a difference in their day to day work. Very inspirational to be part of a movement that is making a positive difference in the lives of children.

      Cons

      At times it is challenging working in a virtual environment given the national spread of the organization.
