Pros

The pay is pretty good. Potential to build a lot of great relationships.

Cons

They are trying to build a cult where you listen, do your job, and don't ask questions. Loyalty is valued above competence. All of the best people have left or are on their way out, leaving inexperienced people without proper training. They think they can replace 15 years of experience with any warm body off the street and the quality of the technology and support has been rapidly declining as a result.

Pros

Fellow employees and direct management. Up to 5% match on 401k contributions. Health/Dental with HSA/FSA. No micromanagement.

Cons

Pay- has always been on the lower end of the spectrum and a lot of times, not even average for employees. Even with a promotion(more like a title change), you still won't get a significant pay increase. Nepotism- close friends and family tend to get promoted faster. Their mistakes are also overlooked by upper management and the blame falls on to others. Clients- most of the clients are attorneys, which equates to a very high demanding, degrading at times, and often rushed work environment. Upper Management- tend to overlook being understaffed, which leads to disgruntled employees who are not well compensated for their hours of being worked to the bone.
