      Everything. No support. Burnout is prevalent. They say you are part of "One Family" but that is only true if you are related to the CEO or part of the boys club. They talk a good game to keep you engaged and hopeful but they never deliver. You are expected to be on call 24/7 and must find coverage if you need to disengage. You must reply to emails from 9am-10pm, M-F, within 20 mins. Outside of those hours and weekends, the expectation is one hour. The raises are a joke, never meeting inflation. You receive a bare minimum bonus is you are in the top of billable hours. After 102% utilization (roughly 70 hrs per week for a month) I received $400. This is a legal sweatshop.

      Pros

      Most of the original Kroll Ontrack employees prior to the acquisition made by LDiscovery.

      Cons

      DO NOT let the good ratings fool you! The new management from LDiscovery and some of the brainwashed original Kroll Ontrack folks (in other words; those who want to “play the game” until they find a new position outside the company) are immature, non professional and will throw their own mother or best friend under a bus 7 days a week for their longevity. Point blank! Management, C level and Directors will look you right in the eye and lie.
