      Pros

      Here your working with nothing but hard working people. LDI is fully staffed with go getter's. It can be sometimes hard to keep up but when you get the swing of things the pace becomes a habit

      Cons

      Like every company communication is key. Sometimes the managing staff doesn't use this as a tool. Walking in the door they state that this is a family. Months fly by and then you realize your family members don't have your back (nor care about it)

      Watch out if your company is bought out by them

      Pros

      Only positive that I can think of is that they kept almost everyone when they took over - until they pushed you out.

      Cons

      If anyone from the original team is place in your office, watch out - they are there to "spy" on you and tell upper management about everything. They play favorites. If you are a hard worker, but don't play the game (kiss you know what) they will let you go.

      Pros

      The people are great and genuinely want you to do well with the company and in life. The CEO knows his employees and asks about their families and goals. He is very helpful, nice and relaxed; however he can be intimidating so just do your job. He coaches a football team and treats all employees like his players, we are all a family here which is amazing. He even flew all employees who wanted to attend the holiday party to TX for the awesome party. The head of the LDiscovery body is definitely screwed on right and it shows through the moral of each and every office. No matter what location you work in, you will be glad you joined the LDiscovery team. From my interactions, the HR team is very helpful and super nice. All of them work hard to make sure all employees are taken care of and believe any/all questions are really important, "there's no such thing as a stupid question". They are helpful and really seems to care about the people they work for.

      Cons

      Lunch is not paid is the only con.
