Pros

Depending on who you report to, you could be a major part of process improvement and driving change. There is never a lack of challenge and improvements needed.

Cons

eDiscovery is often managed more by the customer than your leadership team. Be ready to be forced into ridiculous processes that are only implemented to address one off situations and never address root causes of problems. Leadership is not on the same page and with the recent acquisition by LDiscovery, the operation is very "Fly by the seat of your pants". Don't expect the company to be loyal to you. They are only focused on driving revenue and will cut you loose regardless of your contribution. Also expect 60-70 hour work weeks a majority of the time and checking your work email every 15 minutes even when not at work.
