Pros

- Fast paced work environment - At least two missing jobs for any area you might interested to work on

Cons

- Fast paced work environment that might kills you and nobody cares - Culture is rapidly declining and will further do so. - Recent changes show the trend will keep going (lunch, supplies and healthcare have been cut back). - Even though operating costs are very little compared to the profits everything is done to make the profits bigger and to pay the C-Levels Porsche while cutting back on employee benefits.

As we continue to grow at an unprecedented rate, we're continually evolving and looking for ways to make our team members, customers, and partners happy - so we appreciate the feedback. We believe being generous with our benefits is an important part of our compensation package and when we evaluate how we’re doing against market, we’re very happy with the results. Kabbage provides two competitive medical benefit plans for team members to select from. Both plans are different from each other so that we are offered a true “choice”. In order to ensure that team member expenses are equitable, we eliminated our FSA contribution for participants enrolled in the Low Deductible Medical plan for 2019. When we made the decision to eliminate lunch on Fridays, we did so for a couple reasons which we shared with the entire company at our TownHall. We wanted to eliminate waste and we wanted to give back to the community. We’re super excited about the TWO Habitat for Humanity houses that we will be building together as a company. Thank you for your hard work and dedication, this year is already off to a great start and we believe it will be our best one yet!!

Pros

Great downtown location, close to everything. Amazing leadership and staff with a clear, distinct vision and eagerness to help people and make a difference. Up and coming company. Breakfast/Lunch provided daily. Comfortable workplace.

Cons

Sales team was pathetic. Sales "leader" was no leader, but a greedy money hungry shark that did not have the customer's best interest in mind, and played favorites.Yes, we were commission based, but I'd rather do the right thing for the customer long term than the "sales leader" short term."Sales Leader" changed the rules several times so that those who were doing the job well, were making less, but if you were one of their favorites, they would turn a blind eye to it and give you all you want.

Pros

If you are looking to put your hands into a lot of different parts of a growing startup, Kabbage is for you. I feel like I am making a genuine difference. Some days it can be real fun. Other days, you'll ask what am I doing here. I truly enjoy my coworkers at Kabbage, especially how some people go out of there way to decorate your desk for your birthday or nominate you to be recognized at Town Hall. My coworkers make it the best! They are the reason I stay at Kabbage.

Cons

We focus on transparency and talk about it a lot, but it's not real. Don't ask questions in the weekly Town Hall. If your question rattles senior leadership, you're gone with in 2-3 weeks. It bothers me and scares me. There's an anonymous feedback from that operates the same way. Only one click of people can ever speak up.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re thrilled that you enjoy working with your colleagues; we take great care in hiring folks who are self aware and understand and embrace the notion of caring deeply. At Kabbage, we are all shareholders, so each of us is therefore unconditionally committed to making Kabbage the best place to work. We have deliberately committed to maintaining our unique, “startup-culture” even as we’ve grown as a company. Transparency is a critical value for us, in fact, we’ve evolved it to “stay connected” which requires transparency at its’ core, but now includes some shared responsibility to demonstrate that effective communication is a two-way street. Although we recognize that our environment is not for everyone, we remain committed to considering our core values in all our decisions. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!
