Pros
I thought most of the managers were realistic and fair. I had a supportive team for the most part. Opportunities to pick up shifts and make bonuses. You can work as much as you would like here. Great learning environment. I would go back there. Union was helpful too.
Cons
There was lots of good managers, but there were a few mean nurses and managers. The majority of staff was helpful and supportive. I had low pay there, but that was also because I had just got my license and started from the bottom pay tier that was set by the union. There was some high turnover on units with bad managers.
