Overwhelming majority of workforce are genuinely nice and friendly people who will help you be successful. Strong culture built on teamwork. Easy to see how your work impacts on company success. Senior management team are good and straight forward, very transparent and no real politics or games.

Cons

As the company grows it has struggled to maintain the culture and things that made it successful in the first place, customer support being the obvious example There is (understandably) a constant focus in this quarters results which often results in short term thinking to the detriment of innovation. There is a lack of clarity around the strategic focus and markets the company want to be in which can lead to doing lots of things not very well.

Fantastic team environment, with opportunity to have influence over the direction the company heads towards whilst it is rapidly growing.

Cons

Office building is a bit of a fixer-upper, but is planned to be improved.
