Exciting innovative atmosphere with lots going on. They look after employees well and there’s lots of socials etc. Well organised and employees feel involved through the organisation

Pros

The team I worked in, and its close collaboration with other teams, meant I enjoyed my time here and learned a huge amount about Agile software development. The people I worked alongside with helpful and open to learn themselves with good support (in my experience) from upper management including recognition of the work being done.

Cons

I'm not a good commuter and after 2 years I had to find a job closer to home.
