      Average - Not bad and not great either

      Pros

      I have been Keane consultant for 10 years, while there are nothing in particular that stands out, they are a fair employer.

      Cons

      First - I dont see my Keane manager for months and have gone a year without seeing or talking to the manager. Second - I know my client gives Keane a raise but I dont see it translate to me Third - Does not have Keane employee meeting/get togethers, it would be great for people like me who are the client site to meet some other Keaneites and Keane managers

      Pros

      A steady, reliable (and small) paycheck.

      Cons

      Horrible, incompetent management. If you are American, you will never go anywhere now that the company is owned by an Indian. They are using it as a shell to get more H1-B (and other visa types) over here and American are just superficial camoflage for their real intent.
