The more you get into your manager's skin only then you will get what you are looking for. No matter how hard and well you work it all depends on your manager. I started my career here Initially it was good, but the more you gain your experience and expect to be recognized in terms of benefits, compensation and opportunities you will be doomed. Those who has the skills of getting their things done from others will be benefited more in this organisation. I have seen and seen over the times this behavior....
