There are no pros working here unless you enjoy 8 hours of constant surveillance - WFH is the 1 and only Pro

Cons

Little to no engagement, Treat employees like a number rather than humans, Do not count on the schedule they offer and you will not find out your days off until you are out of training. Zero accountability everyone refers you to another department when you have any questions. The FORBID discussion of wages or anything else between coworkers.
