I would only give positive remarks just to the current work force. However the plant is shutting down so it is not worth it.
Cons
The York Branch is currently shutting down. Kelvion Inc. had bought out a division of GEA and had decided to cut over half of the engineering team, and additional staff, in an effort to revamp the company. In doing so they managed to either remove or scare off their experience. Since then, it has been a repeated lackluster of inexperience and those who struggle to make ends meet to turn around the company. I wouldn't recommend this company. It's poor decision making and shot gun decisions leave a lot to be desired. Benefits are so/so. Additionally, they have zero fear of removing bonuses or not back filling positions. Take my advise, overlook this company. Personally I do not have any confidence in their future standing.
