      Terrible Leadership, Even Worse Culture

      Good benefits , specifically medical. Liberal holiday schedule.

      Cons

      I've never experienced a company (especially one this large) with such terrible leadership and rampant unprofessionalism. The culture is extremely poor, and the leadership is slow to respond, doesn't communicate, and holds literally zero accountability. It's worse than a "good ol' boy" system. There is literally zero progress or accomplishments, and yet nobody cares. The most apathetic environment imaginable.
