Pros

They pay well, or nobody would work there. It’s a Circus.

Cons

The company does not care for you and will chew you up and spit you out; use and abuse you. They pay well because they have to. Use to be a good place to work before Andy Blanford took control putting Knoxville in charge. They ruined a great thing.

Pros

There are some really good people to work with. Some good processes are being implemented. Has potential.

Cons

Very high turnover rate, low sales orders, 2 layoffs in 2025, mandatory OT, poor planning, people fired/let-go on Fri and a replacement pre-hired starts on Mon is a new trend, lack of direction for future growth, high stress and chaos.
