Used to be a good company, but now sadly becoming just like every other insurance company. Work/Life balance is gone. Can and do work 10+ hour days, no lunch and still can't keep up. Typical of the insurance industry.
Pay raises are non-existent and not tied to performance. Corporate makes an arbitrary decision on what pay raises will be regardless of the quality of work.
The difference in pay raises between someone who 'walks on water' and someone who can barely get the job done is not enough to justify killing yourself to do a good job and only encourages mediocrity.
Career opportunities are limited. People leave or are fired and never replaced.
Also, before considering this company, do a quick google search of the CEO and make up your own mind as to why he had to leave his last employer. If that is the type of behavior they reward, god help them.
