      Good direct manager, good coworkers, good benefits

      Cons

      There is an unwritten rule here where if you reach a certain income you are liable to be laid off. They will cut 15 and 20 year employees with a track record for success, doesn't matter as long as the executives still get their bonuses. They will then push the work of those employees on others without paying them more. Everything this company does subcommunicates that they simply don't care about retaining good employees. It is not a priority to them.

      Wonderful coworkers and decent benefits. My immediate manager is fantastic. Working from home.

      Cons

      How much time do you have? Some managers micromanage and are on a power trip. The workload is insane and some managers try to gaslight you by telling you your co-workers are able to keep up not realizing we talk to each other. Layoffs without warning in late October and again today 4/12/23. Which means more work because who is going to be able to work those claims? Managers are already being asked to handle a total loss pending on top of their regular manager duties. This place is hemorrhaging and everyone I know is looking for another job. It is borderline toxic.

      Pros

      As with every company the people are great! Anytime you need help or have an issue they will bend over backwards to assist. The pay is good.

      Cons

      The company has not been doing well financially and so they are not replacing employees who leave, so they are over working those that are still here. It is going to take time to get the ship back on course, but the fear is how many others will leave because of the heavy work load.
