The Pros of working for Ken's Beverage, in my opinon, are: Detailed, Hands- On Training Multiple available Technicians / Managers to call for support Encouraging Atmosphere Travel opportunitys Meaningful, challenging, work.

Pros

With new management in the last year and a turn around by the owners.The company has stepped into the 21st century. New dispatch system and paperless billing has really improved the routing and job overall. Management tries to work with techs for work home balance. Pay has improved a lot. Additional techs makes for shorter hours and better balance. Training being added to help make the job easier. 401K and better insurance.

Cons

Learning curve on the new system dispatch still sometimes needs help from techs with routing. pay for uniforms to be cleaned even if you don't send them in. ($14.00 every 2 weeks)

Pros

Work with KBI for over 6 years. Where as over 5 years ago there were some real issues. Changes in management and overall owner appreciation have contributed to a positive turn in the company. Pay has improved a lot. Company vehicle and independence at work. Training has improved. There are contests where you can earn extra cash. Plenty of overtime. Co workers. Est. in 1985 and still going strong today.

Cons

Sometimes overtime in a bit much. You are paid for it. Sometimes dispatch is really bad but they are working on it.
