Great pay. Raises every 6 months

Cons

When I interviewed I was told 5 days a week with overtime on SOME Saturdays. Turns out we work 6 days a week and every other Sunday. Which mean 13 days on 1 day off totalling 2 days off a month. This is not a job for people with kids or caring for elderly.

Good benefits, great employees, some middle management actually care about their employees.

Cons

Upper management, HR besides the VP of HR Mr. B. Treat people like a number, basically show them they don’t matter. Thought I had a good relationship with them all after so many years....boy was I wrong, what an act they put on like they care....
