Pros

Ability to work with interesting foods and technology. The people are generally awesome!

Cons

Communication style is definitely old school as others have said. Puzzlingly, unlike many (maybe most) other companies, there is no "official" WFH/hybrid flexibility in roles where it would make sense. Compensation is on the lower end compared to similar technical roles.

Pros

Everyone is very nice/friendly/accepting The job is fun if you are CSR Company has fun little events Paid holidays/observes holiday on a weekday if it falls on a weekend

Cons

Starting pay is lower than $20/hr if you are CSR Production/kitchen is treated differently, but with higher pay/no front parking lot access during days/no access to entire building such as administration area as if they were criminals Sitting or standing for long periods Some days you are so busy your head is spinning and other days it's so slow you're bored out of your mind Administration always deals with upset clients because production cannot make/output what sales promises Production has very poor management HR is pretty much useless There is a manager (still employed) in production who uses/used slurs and does/did not get fired even though reported over a dozen times At will employment Mandatory saturday and overtime if kitchen/production - you will lose out on a raise or get written up and/or lose your job if you do not work overtime/saturday

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Ken's does thorough investigations of any reported wrong doing of any of our employees, manager, executives. Based on the outcome of that investigation appropriate actions are taken. It is important that employees bring any issues forward. Unfortunately, Management and HR and not always immediately aware of issues. Parking can be an issue in our Marlborough facility especially during typical business hours. As our Corporate Headquarters and a full manufacturing facility, it can be extremely busy. The weekday solution is: people that work in the front part of the building and visitors park in the front lot, and the people that work in the back part of the building park in the back lot.
