I was SO excited when I got this job, but now I am overworked and burned out. This place is severely understaffed and management does not care. They will literally suck you dry with NO mercy. No cares and no one will help you. They also do not seem to have idea how to treat employees. I don't know what HR does all day makes no sense. I have been here almost a year and nothing is improving. I am really hoping someone from HR sees this and does something about it. I am speaking on behalf of many people. Do not be surprised if people start dropping like flies! Management (VP's) are snappy and rude. You have to spoon feed them information in order to get NO where. No one takes accountability for anything and instead people throw each other under the bus for no good reason.

Unrealistic deadlines. Weak project managers that only care about deadlines and aren't advocates for the creative team. Lots of micromanagers. Creative team is really just a production department. No one cares about doing good work, they just care if you can crank stuff out. Long hours. Lots of gossip and backstabbing.
