I was able to provide important services to clients I cared about. I was paid on time.

Cons

Many of the people they hired were uneducated and training was not provided. KC would hire anyone with a pulse. Only minimum background checks were done consisting only of an "OTIS" check, not a comprehensive background check. On one occasion I was asked to count medications after another employees shift because narcotics were going missing. We were allowed to preform tasks that only a RN is licenced to do ex. administer medications. We were considered contract employees so taxes were not taken out of our checks.

Kennedy Care Response

Kennedy Care uses accredited background check companies to conduct comprehensive background checks on all employees hired. An "OTIS" check is not the only check conducted. In addition, all candidates must pass reference checks.
