I haven't been at Kepler for very long yet but am already very optimistic about the company's future here and my own. The interview process was pretty extensive, which made me confident Kepler is sure it's hiring the right people. Aptitude and attitude are highly valued. Skills are taught through a well designed training program. Everyone on the team is very smart, friendly and accessible - across the board. People do work hard here but also seem to have a good time doing it. It's very obvious to me the company invests heavily in it's people and that there is room to grow within the company as it is quickly growing itself. The roster of clients is impressive and the projects are on the cutting edge. Again, exciting place to be and great group of people to be around led by a transparent, honest and accessible upper management.

Kepler is full of incredibly smart and talented marketers dedicated to delivering results for clients and building the most innovative agency in the space. Moreover, the culture is extremely supportive and fun; it's a great place to come to work every day. Everyone at Kepler is indispensable - there really isn't such a thing as entry level here. You get your hands dirty right from the start and make an impact for clients regardless of your level or title. Managers place a tremendous amount of trust in their employees, which allows for a ton of learning and growth.
