Bright people with a bright future

Pros

Exceptionally bright minds work here. There's something new to learn everyday and the leadership encourages us to invest time in learning regularly. Very high standards are placed on everyone, so work is never boring and there's always something to do. Management is very transparent regarding the company's ambitions and its plan to get there.

Cons

Work-life balance often leans towards the work side. Limited admin support.

Pros

- Flat structure means lots of opportunity to take on responsibility and learn at a junior level - Good work/life balance for an agency with plenty of flexibility (and unlimited vacation days) - Smart team of dedicated, hard working people willing to try new things - Young office environment with creative events like take your parents to work day (yes that really happened)

Cons

- Small company environment means there are not a lot of established processes for getting things done and not a lot of specific subject matter experts within the company - Sell first, figure it out later mindset can lead to stressful client situations, especially when combined with a young team and plenty of responsibility (see pro #1) - Team is very heads-down during the day and rarely does things like eat lunch together
