Pros

Even early on, I can already see the enormous potential of this company. The work environment is supporting, which is helpful for someone with no prior experience in this industry. There is great dedication to bettering the knowledge and skills of others, ourselves, and the company as a whole. For a relatively new company, Kepler serves large clients across a broad spectrum of industries. I am looking forward to my time with this group of impressive people!

Cons

As a recent graduate entering his first full-time position, I do not have much to input. Nothing has been negative beyond the general stress of beginning a job. Even with those difficulties, the support of coworkers and the regimented training program have been incredibly helpful.

Pros

The company is working on breakthrough projects with highly engaged and interesting clients. I feel like I'm really part of the foundation that the company is building upon and that my input and work is valued by people across the organization. Management is making an honest effort to be transparent about company vision, performance, and plans. Also, Thirsty Third Thursdays.

Cons

Not a ton to say here, but since the company is still young the work can come fast and furious. Effort and money definitely go into staffing, but it can take a little bit of time before a team is truly built after a new client or project lands...

Pros

Kepler is a great place to work if you are looking to learn a lot about digital advertising and get your hands dirty. This is a relatively young company, and they hire smart, focused, motivated people, give a lot of opportunities to take on more responsibility, and keep a very high standard in client delivery and work output quality. They also take care of their employees with great benefits.

Cons

Kepler's management definitely made a big effort to have fun team outings, although on a day-to-day basis it was a head's down place to work. Kepler isn't the start-up with ping-pong tables and a kegerator, if that is what you are looking for. This isn't necessarily a con in my opinion, but it might be for some.
