Management!! They show CLEAR favoritism btw. Rules apply to certain people. Everyone lives like we're all working for different companies under one roof. One particular manager was insufferable. They would micro manage and still turn around and claim they don't like to micro manage. Quite frankly, this job is only good to pay your bills as you look for another job. Don't expect much growth here. One particular director was amazing however.
