Great potential

Pros

I have worked here for a long time. Made it through tough times. And many different leadership teams. I am currently excelling in my role. And better myself. All because I was willing to adapt with the company. Grow with them. Figure out how my knowledge could benefit their needs. And it has worked wonders. I wouldn’t trade my job for the world.

Cons

I do wish health care coverage was a little better for the full family coverage. Job title changes when moving departments so people know where you are now, along with possible compensation when aligned.

Good yearly bonus potential that is tied to company performance.

Cons

Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING else. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Save yourself and look elsewhere for the employement.

Beware of Unstructured Leadership and Biased Dynamics

Pros

Remote with limited flexibility due to micromanagement from toxins leaderhsip

Cons

Dysfunctional leadership with unclear expectations and contradictory feedback. Little to no formal coaching or resourcing, despite high performance demands. HR alignment appears designed to protect leadership, not employees. Significant internal risk around compliance (HIPAA, patient data, etc.) not being meaningfully addressed. Culture of exclusion: poor representation, with microaggressions or coded language tolerated at senior levels.
