Keplr is open to hiring more support where needed to avoid burnout. Time off- PTO/Sick/Float holidays combined equals significant time off and can gain more as your seniority grows. 4% match on retirement FREE (company paid) short term disability and additional maternity leave top off coverage through Keplr Maternity Plan (whole pay) Growth opportunities. Bonus opportunities.

I've seen a lot of positive change within both the corporate team and the field teams. Communication is transparent and collaborative and the culture is leaning more on accountability than in years' past. Cons

Not really a con, but the senior team is "newer" and growth and development is happening fast, providing excellent service to the teammates in the field. Some can see change as a negative, but we see it as positive step in the right direction to be the best place to work.
