Has it's ups and downs

Pros

Most of the people are friendly. The work is not difficult. The pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

The management is poor. The point system is difficult to maneuver. They don't accept medical excuses and point you anyway for missing work unless you use FMLA. Mandatory overtime has been every other Saturday for months and months. Will make you stay over on Fridays/Saturdays on 2nd shift if you can't finish the cleaning on your filling machine on time but they will over batch your line on the shift prior often so this happens often as well. No HR in house. Have to call corporate HR for help if needed.

A fundamental expectation of an employee at Kerry is regular attendance, otherwise it translates into an unfair burden on our colleagues who have to make up for the absence. Sometimes, those impacts can lead to overtime as we have to ensure we meet our customer's needs. Again, thank you for sharing your opinion and please continue to provide your input.

Company can be challenging to navigate through. Constant changes and management changes. However there is flexibility and opportunities to grow and learn if you seek it.

Cons

Employees don't interact as much with each other. Little to no collaboration as an organization. Bonuses are not very attractive.
