The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

The culture is bad. They have a "no hassasement" policy but last 3 hassasement cases the employees have gotten their jobs back. Upper management has no idea what goes on on the floor with the lines or departments and the leadership team refuses to include night shift in trainings or meetings because they refuse to adjust their schedule to accommodate even though that's what they are paid for. They expect operators to stay late or come in early. The bad employees are rewarded and the good employees just have to deal with it.
