Pros

Huge company, lots of places to grow into, and the ability to do whatever you want to do with your career. World wide.

Cons

Salaries are on huge low end over all, Kerry changes on a drop of a hat so you have to be prepared to move and do something new all the time. Be prepared to work 50-60 hour weeks as a norm.

Pros

Aggressive company. Break or breakthrough attitude. Smart accountants in charge of all layers of management.

Cons

Still haven't worked out an inclusive management structure. Lots of meetings powerpoints and spreadsheets but poor overall communication with staff. Silo mentality aggravated by margin sharing and cost sharing system. Myopic approach to promotion favoring the Emerald Isle. High staff turnover combined with retention of deadwood. Adoption of pax Americana management systems that will not work in some markets. Beatings will continue until morale improves attitude.
