Very pragmatic management style Very sincerely committed to both inclusion and merit. Operating in a market with a lot of opportunities. Business model very resilient. Flexibility with what technical tools can be deployed to solve problems. Hardwork and accomplishments are rewarded.
Cons
You may need to bring your own agency and be able to overcome blockers with minimal assistance, peers are happy to help but will typically be busy. Objectives can pivot fast and you may end up working on something that becomes obsolete/ not needed.
