Pros
Kevel's employee philosophy is that "we are all adults", and the company lives up to it. The unlimited PTO is great because it means you never have to make up an excuse if you need a day or afternoon off (or longer vacation) — and nobody seems to abuse it because Kevel hires people who are adults and who want to see the business succeed.
It's awesome being a part of a new technology too. Any product/industry has its merits, but it's rare to work somewhere where you are creating an entirely new market and trying to upend an industry.
Even remote, I feel that everybody makes an effort to express appreciations and get to know each other. Amazingly, about a third of the company has never met another Kevel employee in person, and yet it still feels like working on a team that's been together for years.
Cons
The standard growing pains: with growth comes reorgs and new processes. If you don't like change, Kevel may not be the place for you.
