Pros

Company atmosphere and camaraderie amongst employees is great. Outgoing group of people with excellent insights. The company offers great hours, good benefits, and most weekends off.

Cons

Pay is not consistent and realistic for large metropolitan areas. Sales is not adequately compensated for the expected results. Close to one billion dollars in revenue and sales people fall well under the median income for the metro areas the live in or near. Stagnant employee growth and rare promotion from within. Management positions are often hired from outside of the company instead of the employer having internal succession planning.

Great co-workers and fun environment. Growth opportunities - company likes to promote from within.

Cons

Over-worked and under paid. Expected to do the work of 3 people. Job used to be fun and challenging but now facing burnout.

Pros

If you are looking for a job that will work you to the bone here it is. The plus side is you will learn how to deal with stress and being thrown under the bus if ever there is a problem that you manager needs to blame someone else for.

Cons

Poor leadership. Understaffed, unprofessional environment, long hours, they encourage employees to break DOT regulations, poor training, unorganized certification classes, and tons of unneeded stress from overloading you with tasks that are expected to be done in unrealistic amounts of time.
