Pros

If you're into cars and accessories it's interesting for the first week. Good learning experience. You will appreciate your next job and former jobs more than you could ever have imagined.

Cons

They work you long hours in the ware house in dirty conditions and little to no concern for basic human rights. I am surprised they are allowed to operate the way they do from a legal stand point. I also worked in sales as well as the warehouse. Sales was just as frustrating. Nearly unachievable goals are set and the computers could be sold on American Pickers...they freeze up often and the system for looking up parts is the most un-user friendly computer program I have ever experienced.

Pros

Subsidiary of a huge company that in effect is one big huge large ( junk yard I think that's it

Cons

During the recruiting process that included in person telephone and a flight to PA, someone outside the defined process offered my job to his buddy. Really I'm glad because this kind of stuff was revealed before I wasted anymore time on Keystone. I wouldn't waste your time starting an application, there will be another person hired who doesn't have to go through the same process.

Pros

decent wage, nice co-workers, good equipment for the most part, clean working conditions,

Cons

Long hours, Monday thru Thursday 6 am to 4 pm on Fridays you work 12 hours mandatory and on Saturdays its 4 hours mandatory work. You work 6 am to 9:30 am before your first break and here is the kicker its a 10 minute break at the other side of the building. If you smoke then its a 30 second walk to get your coat and then another 30 seconds to the door where you wait inline to get scanned for theft. so by the time you get outside you have already lost three minutes. There is no afternoon break at all, so if you work 12 hours you get one break at 9:30 am and a 30 minute lunch again losing 3 to 4 minutes depending on how long the line is to get scanned. As a type one diabetic working a 12 hour shift it is essential to get an afternoon break. You had to be in the building ten minutes early if your trying to get to work in crappy snowy weather you better not be late and don't call off either because of the roads being bad. It seems to me that the way things are set up is not towards the worker but to benefit the company. Long walks to the break room and coat room and lockers. I would say this is not a worker friendly company at all, i have worked at other companies that actually gave a crap about making sure the worker is treated right and this company is not one of them. Often times the un loaders would complain of not having breaks or a lunch, overwhelming product drops often left fellow employee's dead beat tired at the end of the shifts.
