      Pros

      Training was great. Really prepares you for your job.

      Cons

      Knowing that the business model is dealing with people. Anyone interested in getting into recruiting, just know, people are the most unpredictable product in our world. Once you understand that, the "cons" just become normal.

      Pros

      Great place to start a career for a first job and then propel from there.

      Cons

      Don't always want to hire new grads, but don't want to pay enough to get the more seasoned people.

      Pros

      The culture is great and I feel welcomed. It's a fun environment and I know I can count on my leader to steer me in the right direction towards success. I have great work-life balance, and there is plenty of opportunity for bonuses based on metrics. I feel like the culture is very team oriented and we truly are One Team One Fight!

      Cons

      The office I sit in is a smaller office, and I've seen it shrink in size/office space and employees shrinkage within the past year, but it's still a great environment to work in.
