Pros
Core values aren't just buzz words, our culture makes them a priority in day to day life at Kforce. The culture is friendly, relaxed, open-minded, transparent and allows employees to self-regulate in most cases. There is opportunity for growth and advancement (especially at Corporate Headquarters) for all different career types and paths. Employee recognition and celebrations are awesome. Work/Life balance is great. Kforce constantly does surveys and finds ways to solicit feedback from employees
on many topics so that the company can adjust and make improvements where possible. There are multiple resources for employees to progress and grow through live trainings, online tools, and leadership programs.
Cons
The culture is awesome but needs more balance with accountability (only because everyone doesn't operate well without more structure). Lack of policy or guidelines in certain areas can be challenging.
