      Pros

      Great training and opportunity to grow within the organization. Amazing culture that helps drive market growth by fostering internal partnerships that in return help evolve external partnerships. Kforce is continuing to make the proper investments needed to invest in its people.

      Cons

      high turnover environment and huge emphasis on metrics/KPI's, this is a job that can be very time consuming although the return can be priceless.

      Pros

      Strong company, growing, willing to let you move and grow within company. Always learning new things.

      Cons

      Divide between sales/back office. Sales is a young crowd, not trained fully.
