Pros

I started working for Kforce as a Sales Rep right out of college and cannot be thankful for my experience. The staffing industry as a whole is challenging but Kforce treats their employees with respect and will train them. - Yes, they do show favoritism. If you work hard, they will reward you! - The people are great. Always something to laugh at. - Shawn Law is a phenomenal person to work for. Tough but fair (and hilarious) - I learned a ton about the tech industry - Once you establish relationships with clients, the job becomes much easier and you start making really good money!

Cons

- Numbers driven (it's sales though) - Long hours (while establishing your book of business)

Pros

-Okay base salary for staffing industry -A lot of young people- so a fun culture sometimes

Cons

-MANAGEMENT. I cannot express to you how awful management is in the Dallas office. They are so cliquey and talk poorly about everyone in the office unless you're one of their little "snitch" friends. They also have ridiculous expectations of you with little to no training or mentorship. Management sits on a bunch of pointless calls and meetings instead of helping associates. Then they just fire people for not performing or make them so miserable they want to quit. Completely unethical group of people. Also over 12 people left the company in 1 1/2 months if that tells you anything.... -Cold-Calling- they expect you to make anywhere from 70-100 calls/day but give you no tools or anything to help you. They won't even pay for your linked premium license at a STAFFING COMPANY. Cheapest company ever. -Thank god they're investing in a new CRM because the current one is absolutely awful - You will make NO commission here. Remember, you're being recruited by a staffing agency. It's a bunch of people who do this for a living so of course they'll trick you and say all the right things. Unless you have a "premier" large account you will never make any money at this company. And even then, you're depending on recruiters to deliver to your jobs so kiss your hard earned money goodbye.

Pros

They'll take anyone- experience isn't necessary Great Starting job

Cons

They work you to the bone- expect to be working 60+ hours week They built the NRC so they didn't have to pay recruiters commission. It's a scam.
