Pros
They pay recruiters the same as Account Managers, which to me -- as an Account Manager -- was really helpful. Other staffing firms treat recruiters like second class citizens, assuming they all hope to become salespeople. KForce's model rewards recruiters equally, thereby creating a culture wherein recruiters are uniquely empowered and as such better armed to turn around great results.
Cons
The commission model isn't as aggressive as they think it is. This stinks, because it's the pay is basically 100% commission. They give you a draw so you're covered even if business gets lean, but the commission % they pay could definitely be higher. Also the CRM they use is atrocious (providing they're still on RecruitMax). It might be a great ATS, but it's a lousy CRM.

Pros
Some of the people are great... we had some of the top performers in the company in our office and a couple are genuine and will truly help you. Getting through the first year of torture will help write your ticket to any other place. I did get some work life balance there which is a plus.
Cons
Where to begin.... 1. Some top performers seem to think they run the company 2. Unprofessional management who get wasted with the team and try to be everyones friend. They don't know how to actually lead a team to success. 3. Incestual environment. Management dating/sleeping with girls on their team and causing problems for everyone. The amount of drama that one guy can cause is crazy. 4. Catty girls. Since they hire right out of college kids you get all the drama that comes with it. 5. Unrealistic expectations as far as KPI's 6. Comp plan is an absolute joke. They sell you the "dream" especially the recruiter and management and then there is no way to obtain it. Always using top performers to show you can make money but that is on old comp plans, not the current salary plus.
