Pros

The people are great. There are always challenges. Dallas is highly competitive, and Kforce has the resources to carve larger market shares in the booming technology industry.

Cons

Like anywhere, there have been some poor hires up and down the chain. Compensation isn't as competitive as it could be compared to others in the industry.

Pros

Base pay is average. I lived close so I could walk to work if need be. Some people are cool. If your in sales you can go home at 2pm everyday while recruiters slave over your jobs.

Cons

Very clique, heavy numbers, micromanage, and favoritism. I was bullied by members in the office. Training was not good. I was hired for sales but they had me recruit for the entire time i was there. Thank goodness I wasn't assigned a VMS account where resumes go nowhere like other new associates or I wouldn't have made the little commission I did make. You only make money if your on a specific team. Work life balance is ok, but you better make sure to stay over 2 hours after 5pm 3 days out of the week. Management only talks to you when you get a offer. Sales/Acount managers scared to call there customer and ask for feedback. I felt like I was the best recruiter and my numbers showed it. I left due to reasons above.
