      Pros

      Kforce has ample opportunities for growth and development. I've personally had 3 different roles of my choosing during my time at Kforce and each one has been instrumental in helping me develop personally and professionally. Kforce has great work/life balance, as my managers have all been flexible and understanding when an issue arises. Kforce also invests heavily in stewardship and giving back, which is important to me

      Pros

      Kforce has a great culture! They have awesome recognition programs that make you feel appreciated and supported. They really care about their people, and provide them with opportunities to grow in their careers and develop their strengths. Upper management is very approachable.

      Pros

      Will teach you hard work, perseverance and selling fundamentals you can bring to any other sales job. Great first job.

      Cons

      They sell you the dream of making big bucks, unless money REALLY motivates you and you're willing to work 60-80 hours per week for 3+ years to reach 6 figures, I don't recommend.
